Paid acquisition
Angles and ad scripts, media buying, creative iteration against performance rather than taste, and tracking built so every dollar can be traced back to the thing that produced it. Organic supports the system. Paid is the engine.
If your calls get booked and then go quiet
15 hours of deep work is what the last complete back end took me: the CRM, every email and SMS, the dashboard, the funnel, the automations, A2P, and every script the offer runs on.
Marketing meets engineering. Most high-ticket businesses have a working front (content, traffic, an offer that closes when someone actually shows up) and a back end held together by hand. I build the Zero-Leakage Backend underneath it, so you stay the talent.
The thesis
One month of traffic on a high-ticket offer. Keep scrolling and follow what actually survives to the bank.
The mechanism
The mechanism
One principle applied to four layers. Every dead lead reactivated, every no-show picked up instead of written off, every dollar traced back to the thing that produced it. The goal is a back end where traffic is the only bottleneck left.
Angles and ad scripts, media buying, creative iteration against performance rather than taste, and tracking built so every dollar can be traced back to the thing that produced it. Organic supports the system. Paid is the engine.
The path from first impression to booked call, and then the part almost nobody builds: the assets that work on the buyer inside the window before the call, so they arrive decided instead of curious.
CRM, pipelines, calendars, routing, and a recovery path for every way a lead can fall out: no-shows, cancellations, qualified people who never booked. Payment infrastructure built for approval rates. One dashboard that shows the whole chain instead of six tabs that disagree.
I do not run your calls. I source, vet and onboard the closer and setter team, install the structure they work inside, and manage them against the numbers rather than the vibe.
Built in
How the engagement works
The build is not the product and I do not invoice for it. The system goes in first. If I am wrong about your offer, that is my cost and not yours.
Not against what it books and not against what it promises. The structure takes two minutes to explain and I do that on the call, because it depends on your offer and your current numbers. What it never contains is a setup fee.
Because I am paid on the outcome, I can only take offers that already convert and already have traffic. That is not exclusivity theatre, it is arithmetic. A back end multiplies what exists. It cannot conjure demand that was never there.
You record what only you can record and you remain the face of the brand. Everything between your audience's attention and the money in your account is mine to run.
Process
The order matters more than the speed. Nothing gets built before the leak is measured, because building before measuring is how agencies bill for motion.
I walk your funnel the way a buyer would, end to end, on a phone. Then I put your own numbers next to the benchmarks and name the single stage costing you the most.
The system is designed before anything is built: what runs where, what triggers what, and which number every piece is accountable for.
I build it. You grant access and record the handful of things only you can record. This part moves faster than people expect, because it is the part I have done before.
The machine runs. You get the whole chain in one view each week, and every cycle we fix the single biggest constraint instead of fiddling with five things at once.
Fit
Read the right column honestly. If two lines apply to you, we will both save an hour by not booking the call.
Before you ask
There is no setup fee and no charge for the build. I am paid against what the system collects, which points my upside and yours in the same direction. The exact structure takes two minutes to explain and I do it on the call rather than on a pricing page, because it depends on your offer, your margins and your current numbers.
The build is not the bottleneck. What sets the timeline is how quickly I get access to your systems and how quickly you record the few things only you can record. Clients who move on those two things see the system live fast, because the rest is work I have already done many times.
No, and you should be sceptical of anyone who offers to do everything. I source, vet and onboard the closer and setter team, build the structure they operate inside, and then manage their performance against the numbers.
You record it and your editor polishes it. I decide what gets said, in what order and where it goes, so the ads, the video, the emails, the sales call and the organic content all argue the same case instead of five different ones.
Access to your systems, straight answers to a specific list of questions, and a few hours in front of a camera. After that your involvement drops sharply, which is the entire point of the arrangement.
Because of how I am paid. If the offer does not convert, or there is no traffic to work with, no back end can rescue it and I would be working for free on a problem that sits upstream of me. Filtering hard is what keeps the model honest for both sides.
Do not take my word for it. The audit is the proof: I go through your funnel before you have paid me anything and show you, with your own numbers, which stage is losing the most money. If that read is wrong or obvious, you have lost half an hour and learned that I am not the person for it.
Next step
I walk your funnel the way a buyer would and show you where it leaks, using your numbers. You keep that either way. If it makes sense for both of us, we talk about the rest.
